Shipping Policy
Delivery Partner: We deliver all packages through Posti, Finland’s trusted and sustainable postal service.
Delivery Options:
1. Delivery to a Posti Service Point or Parcel Locker
Arrives within 1–2 weekdays of sending. Deliveries are also made on Saturdays.
Available for pickup for 7 days. Can be tracked online or via the OmaPosti app.
You will receive your parcel at the Posti service point or parcel locker of your choice. Posti is a sustainable Finnish choice.
2. Delivery to a Mailbox or Behind Door
Arrives within 2–5 weekdays of sending.
Depending on the size, the parcel is delivered to your mailbox/mail slot or left behind your door.
You will receive a message when the parcel has been delivered. Can be tracked online or via the OmaPosti app.
Return Policy
At SONO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, grooming tools, opened grooming products, or dog wear that has been used cannot be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
Provide your order details and reason for the return.
4. Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
5. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
